Refund policy
- Exchange and Return requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date of receiving the shipment, and the item must be in its original condition and not used.
- In case of Return, the customer bears the shipping cost to and from the destination, which will be 150 EGP or 250 EGP, even during free shipping periods.
- No requests will be accepted after the specified period.
- Any item that is damaged or missing its tag will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Each shipment is allowed one process only: either a return or an exchange.
- The customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees arising from the return or exchange.
- If the customer requests both a return and an exchange, this is only accepted if the shipment contains more than one item.
- During free-shipping promotions, the customer must cover both-way shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
- Refunds are issued only via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash within 14 days after receiving the returned item and confirming its condition.
- If the order is refused during inspection while the courier is present, a fee of 80 EGP must be paid.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we provide a free replacement with no additional shipping fees, valid only when reported during delivery.
